Availability and Prices

BOOKING DETAILS

Sleeps: Up to 4 guests.

Minimum stay: 3 nights subject to season.

Flexible Check in days apart from Sundays, peak season Fridays only.

Booking deposit: 25% at the time of booking. Payable by major cards & Paypal.

Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable eight weeks prior to arrival. In the case of booking within eight weeks of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £100 will be taken and will show as 'Additional Costs' on your booking form, this will be refunded within 10 working days after your departure date. Should the apartment need extra cleaning or there are items broken or missing then this will be taken from the deposit.

Arrive/depart: Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 10am.
Access: 24/7 with key safe.

Parking: One off-road parking space is available to use with the property.

PLEASE NOTE

Belvedere Lodge is adjoined to the large family home Belvedere by a thick solid stone shared wall. Together, they make one stunning listed Georgian building.

Belvedere has unfortunately been empty for a couple of years, but after going through planning, with a view to restore it to its former beauty. We have just been told that renovation works have now thankfully begun and this is planned to continue through 2025. We are really looking forward to seeing it finished and back to its previous splendour.

We are letting you know this as there may be some occasional noise, the walls are over a foot thick, and we are hoping that noise will therefore not be heard too much.

Although it is always cheaper to book direct we understand that if you haven't stayed with us before you may still be undecided and would be more comfortable booking through Airbnb, so here is a link to our listing
